Reiki Level 1

This class is open to Reiki Level 1 practitioners with at least 6 months of experience who have learned from First Light Reiki or another Usui Master. This is a beautiful training that will amplify your Reiki practice for others and especially for yourself.
We will review Level 1 and the relationships you’ve been building with this art. You’ll receive the First Light Reiki Level 2 manual and attunement so that you can deepen your existing practice and offer distant Reiki!
We will have time to practice hands-on and distant Reiki on ourselves and others, as comfortable.
Reiki is, above all else, a self-care tool. You do not need to start your own practice or even offer to anyone else!
Tea and snacks will be provided.
Masks are optional.
Reflection prompts and suggestions for preparation will be offered to participants prior to the training.
