One day dedicated to slowing down, settling in and expanding in every direction, learning about Reiki through an intimate understanding of ourselves and our connection to all other beings.
Reiki is, above all else, a self-care tool. You do not need to start your own practice or even offer to anyone else!
We'll go over the history of Reiki, hand placements, energetic boundaries and more.
You'll receive the First Light Reiki Level 1 Manual and the attunements to be able to offer Reiki to yourself and other beings.
We will also have time to practice on ourselves and each other, as comfortable.
Tea and snacks will be provided.
Masks are optional.
Reflection prompts and suggestions for preparation will be offered to participants prior to the training.
